What to Expect
Your private session lasts about 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to settle, breathe, and relax without rushing.
​Sessions can be held in my studio, online, or in the comfort of your own space.

I call the session an energy exchange, a way of honoring the time and care we share together.​ Everything you need will be provided. Simply come as you are, wearing something comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
