​Private Somatic Sound Therapy is a one-on-one, body-based session created to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and grounded presence. Sessions follow a calm and steady rhythm, offering a clear and supportive flow that helps the body settle with ease. You are guided gently and at a pace that honors your body’s signals, allowing you to remain present, aware, and connected throughout the experience. The session may include therapeutic sound, Reiki, gentle breath awareness, and simple restorative movement. These elements are offered as invitations that support relaxation, balance, and embodied awareness, meeting you exactly where you are.

Reiki is a subtle, hands-on energy practice that supports the body’s natural capacity for balance and repair.
Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki works with the biofield — the electromagnetic energy that surrounds and flows through us. This gentle contact sends signals of safety to the nervous system, allowing the body to shift out of stress response and into a state of rest and restoration.
As the nervous system settles, brainwave activity often slows from active beta states into calmer alpha and theta waves — states associated with relaxation, emotional processing, and deep inner awareness. In this space, the body is more receptive to healing, integration, and clarity.
Reiki meets you where you are. It does not force change, but supports regulation, grounding, and a felt sense of wholeness — creating a quiet pathway back to inner harmony.

What to Expect
A private somatic sound therapy session lasts approximately 60 minutes and unfolds at a gentle, supportive pace. We begin with a brief check-in to understand how your body is feeling that day. From there, you are guided into a comfortable resting position as sound and Reiki support your nervous system in settling and receiving. Sessions may include:
• Therapeutic sound using gongs, singing bowls, and subtle vibration
• Reiki energy work to support regulation and balance
• Gentle breath awareness• Simple, restorative movement when appropriate
• Spacious time for rest and integration Each session is guided with care and attuned to what your body is ready for in the moment.

Private sessions are offered in my home studio or in the comfort of your own home (travel sessions available).
This offering is supportive for those seeking deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a grounded, body-based healing experience. No prior experience with sound or Reiki is needed.
