Group Somatic Yoga & Sound

Group Somatic Yoga & Sound is a shared healing experience designed to support nervous system balance, embodied awareness, and deep rest.

Each session weaves together gentle, accessible movement, conscious breath, and immersive sound to guide the body into a state of ease and coherence. The pace is slow and invitational, allowing each participant to listen inward and move in a way that feels supportive and safe.

Sound is used as a central anchor throughout the experience, helping the body settle, soften, and integrate. Yoga postures are simple and adaptable, with options to rest, modify, or remain still at any time.

This offering creates a spacious container where presence can deepen naturally — without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Sound works through vibration and frequency, offering direct support to the nervous system.

In group settings, steady and repetitive tones help guide the body toward slower brainwave states associated with relaxation, integration, and rest. As sound moves through the body — which is largely composed of water — vibration is felt as much as it is heard, supporting a sense of grounding and internal coherence.

Sound creates a shared rhythm within the space, allowing individuals to settle together while remaining connected to their own experience.

The movement offered in these sessions is a gentle, spine-focused yoga practice designed to support mobility, circulation, and nervous system balance.

This approach emphasizes simple, repetitive movements that help awaken the spine, release tension, and encourage the natural flow of energy through the body. Breath is used as a steady guide, supporting awareness and ease rather than effort or exertion.

The practice is accessible to a wide range of bodies and abilities, with options to remain seated, lie down, or rest at any time. The intention is to support alignment, presence, and embodied connection — not performance or physical achievement.
